Effective January 12, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of Brightport Grove courses and website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using our services you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter these agreements.
2. Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Course Access and License
Purchased courses grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or sublicense materials.
4. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout. We use secure processors. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
5. Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no more than 25% of course content has been accessed. Contact [email protected] for requests.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to upload harmful content, harass others, or violate intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content and branding remain the exclusive property of Brightport Grove. No rights are transferred beyond the license granted.
